If you are an experienced customer service extraordinaire, this is the perfect opportunity for you to take a new step in your career.  As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the fore front of our customer services team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience when interacting with the company
  • Managing open tickets and complete it within a timely manner
  • Resolving issues and ensure all documention is accurate
  • Investigate tickets that could lead to a customer claim
  • Supporting initiatives to improve the overall customer service experience and programs
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B role or in a similar CS roles in logistics or transport
  • A relevant qualification 
  • Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience using MS or WMS system
  • Prior experience using CRM system or ticketing system to resolve queries
