As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the fore front of our customer services team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. This is a great chance to show off your excellent customer service skills and experience but also grown your career with Cardinal.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for custoemr and respond to customer queries
  • Managing assigned tickets and complete it within a timely manner
  • Investigate tickets that could lead to a claim
  • Ensure that all documention is accurate 
  • Supporting initiatives to improve the overall customer service experience and programs

The successful applicant will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B role or in a similar CS roles in logistics or transport
  • Be able to problem solve and find a resolution
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Prior experience using MS Office, WMS and CRM systems (Zendesk experience desireable)
