We are seeking a highly organised Transport Loader Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all transport loading activities. You will play a key role in ensuring freight is loaded or unloaded from trucks in an efficient manner, manage a small team of 5 Loaders, and ensuring a safe working environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has leadership skills and is up for a challenge in their career.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 pm - 5.00 am

 The successful applicant will:

• Supervise and lead a small team of Loaders
• Ensure that outgoing freight is correct, manifested  and loaded in a timely manner as per the load plans
• Check all hire pallet swaps when it arrives into the depot
• Report to dispatchers any late or undelivered freight
• Report damages and clean spills 

About you:

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics / warehousing and operating a forklift 
• People management experience (desirable)
• A current counterbalance or forklift license
• Long fork experience
