What You’ll Do:
- Lead a dynamic team to hit daily KPIs and deliver results.
- Ensure smooth product flow and timely order fulfilment.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Be the champion of safety, setting the standard for your team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse/transport environment.
- Proven success in driving performance and efficiency improvements.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and equipment (MHE, WMS).
- A strong safety-first mindset and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
