What You’ll Do:

• Lead a dynamic team to hit daily KPIs and deliver results.
• Ensure smooth product flow and timely order fulfilment.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Be the champion of safety, setting the standard for your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse/transport environment.
• Proven success in driving performance and efficiency improvements.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and equipment (MHE, WMS).
• A strong safety-first mindset and the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
