What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and resolve open tickets promptly, ensuring we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide insightful reporting to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with accurate documentation.
- Support accurate processing of customer orders and delivery documentation.
- Act as a proactive point of contact, enhancing customer interactions every step of the way.
- Prepare and record delivery documentation accurately; communicate feedback to stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
- Take on additional tasks such as Proof of Delivery (POD) support and other administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate across teams and with external partners to drive seamless service delivery.
- Champion health & safety practices to keep our workplace safe and productive.
What We're Looking For:
- Certificate in Customer Care or Logistics, or 2+ years experience in logistics/warehouse/transport roles.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying trends and solving problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Integrity, honesty, and a drive to deliver outstanding results.
