Monday – Friday | Fixed term- 6 months | Based in Auckland
About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will:
- Manage the CEO and leadership team's calendars, travel, and meeting coordination
- Assist with internal communications, presentations, and strategic planning
- Support the Culture Manager with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Be the welcoming face of Cardinal at reception and a key contact for visitors
- Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and admin support
- Help coordinate events, social media updates, and internal announcements
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or HR/admin assistant
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and general admin systems
- A warm and friendly personality that helps drive a positive workplace culture
