We are looking for sharp, strategic Operations Leads to steer our fast-paced warehouse, inbound and transport operations into the future.
As an Operations Lead you will be overseeing the daily operations within the either the warehouse or transport departments, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to manage staff and uphold operational standards. Ideally you have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong analytical mindset will assist in problem-solving as well as enhancing overall workflow efficiency.

Shifts available:
Warehouse - Night: 9pm - 5:30am
Transport - Afternoon: 1pm - 9:30pm
About the role:
- Team leadership - lead by example, delegate tasks and monitor KPIs and performance
- Manage operational flow to meet customer expectations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Deliver regular safety training, toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE use and compliance with all safety protocols
- Oversee maintenance of all warehouse equipment
- Coordinate effectively with departments, suppliers, and transport
What you bring:
- A minimum of 2 years proven people leader experience within the transport/warehousing industries
- Proven leadership capability - able to develop teams and manage performance
- Clear communicator with the ability to manage change and solve problems on the ground
- Strong knowledge of food industrial regulations, Dangerous Goods (DG) and compliance requirements
- Experience in SOP adherence and implementation
