This is shift work, rotating between the following work hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm - 1am
About the role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, machinery, and equipment. You will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
What you'll do:
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and cleaning, while documenting tasks in the MEX System.
- Service and replace faulty equipment during urgent breakdowns.
- Manage inventory and reorder spare parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize system downtime.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Manage and contribute to projects as necessary.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant electrical qualification and experience
- Experience with CMMS preferably with MEX
- Expertise in troubleshooting, system operations maintenance, and fault diagnosis
- Must have full EWRB license
