We are revolutionizing supply chains with New Zealand’s first fully automated 3PL warehouse with AI driven robotics.
Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm, 50hrs a week
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate, plan and schedule linehaul & metro dispatch with sharp attention to detail
- Build load out plans with clear loading details to maximise efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with carrier partners and sub contract carriers
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as truck utilization and DIFOT to drive results
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure seamless operations
- Operate transport and warehouse management systems (TMS/WMS) to track and optimize deliveries
- Quickly respond to challenges and adapt plans to keep everything on track
What you bring
- 3+ years proven transport dispatch, planning and scheduling experience
- Confident using dispatching software such as Navare or Trifecta, EROAD and MS Office.
- Experience working with warehouse and transport management systems (bonus if it's Navare or Trifecta)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure and proactive in contributing to continuous improvement ideas
