What You’ll Do:
- Lead rate discussions and negotiations and develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Audit customer rate agreements.
- Identify discrepancies and compliance issues and recommend corrective actions accordingly.
- Track and optimise revenue across key areas, report performance regularly to senior leadership.
- Identify revenue gaps, support planning, and contribute to budgeting.
- Develop and implement data driven pricing and revenue strategies.
- Recommend rate changes and support customer specific pricing and business plans.
- Maintain accurate rate data across systems and ensure pricing aligns with contracts and policies.
- Monitor for non-compliance and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure accurate, timely billing and resolve customer inquiries or discrepancies.
- Support Finance team on AR accuracy and handle billing-related projects as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations and provide tools and support system improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or finance within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics billing processes and TMS/ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing or audit tools a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
