What you will be doing:
Join us as a Commercial – Finance Manager, where you will drive revenue growth by being part of customer pricing, rate negotiations, and billing accuracy. Partnering with key people across the business you will deliver competitive rates, ensure contract compliance, and optimise commercial performance across the business.
What you'll do:
- Take the lead in rate discussions, negotiations, auditing of customer agreements.
- Analyse and track revenue performance and provide reports to our core leadership group.
- Utilising market insights, develop and implement data driven pricing models and revenue strategies that increase competitive advantage and growth
- Contribute to customer business plans and targeted pricing initiatives for key accounts to support growth and profitability.
- Identify revenue gaps, support planning, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
- Oversee the billing of customers- ensuring it is accurate and timely manner.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or finance within the logistics, freight, or transportation industry.
- People management experience - an approachable yet strong leader who is analytically minded and number savvy.
- Confident leading teams across multiple functions, coaching and holding leaders accountable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of logistics billing processes and TMS/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing or audit tools a plus.
- A natural problem solver, solution-focused, calm under pressure, and always seeking improvements
