We are looking for an experienced Transport Operations Lead to take ownership of the transport operations while driving performance.
In this fast paced, newly created role, you will lead a dedicated team and play key part in shaping the success of our transport operations.
This is a key role in making sure that workflows are running smoothly, and ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction remain top priorities.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 3am - 1:30pm
- Monday to Friday, 5pm - 3:30am
About the role:
- Lead and support the transport team to achieve targets
- Oversee daily transport activities, from ensuring outbound pallets are QC to making sure trucks are loaded & unloaded in a safe but efficient manner
- Work closely with the dispatch team to plan transfers and direct deliveries
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external transport partners
- Use systems and dashboards to track performance and drive improvements
- Champion a strong safety culture with full H&S and PPE compliance
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ leadership experience in a transport or warehouse environment
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ people
- Experience with transport management systems (Navare, GoFreight an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to last minute changes
- Clear communicator with solid problem solving skills and a solutions focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and think outside the box
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and compliance requirements
- Forklift experience (long forks) and a current forklift license
