We are looking for a Billing Specialist to take ownership of our customer billing, invoicing, and financial processes in a fast paced logistics environment.
As our Billing Specialist, you will be part of our finance team, ensuring timely, accurate billing and providing outstanding customer support.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key role in keeping our operations financially on track.
It is also office based, work hours are: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

About the role:
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices for warehouse and freight transactions in line with customer contracts
- Maintaining and administering customer contracts and rate schedules within systems and files
- Audit rate schedules to ensure billing accuracy
- Perform customer account reconciliations and credit analysis
- Assist customer billing queries promptly and professionally
- GL coding and validation of supplier invoices
- Support month end processing and close-off activities
- Accurately analyse data and provide reports
What you bring:

2+ years experience in the accounts or billing department

Relevant tertiary degree or qualification

Excellent numeracy and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
