About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Lead – Warehouse, you will play a key role in maintaining high quality standards throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for inspecting stock, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring all outbound and inbound goods meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments

• Identify defects, damages, or discrepancies

• Maintain high quality standards across warehouse operations

• Implement and follow quality control procedures

• Maintain detailed inspection records

• Label, wrap, and stage pallets correctly

• Process internal damages and report discrepancies to leadership

• Manifest orders to the correct carrier

• Collaborate with supervisors, pickers, drivers, and other teams to resolve quality issues

• Ensure your work area is clean and tidy at all times

• Support warehouse operations when required

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE at all times

• Report hazards, unsafe equipment, incidents, and near misses
