About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service function and manage key customer relationships. Reporting to the General Manager – Customer & Commercial, you will play a critical role in ensuring service excellence while driving continuous improvement across our customer operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and building strong customer partnerships while using data to improve performance and outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Acting as the primary escalation point for customer service and billing issues
- Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Specialists
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on service performance and key metrics
- Ensuring Customer Service SOPs are up to date and aligned with business needs
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
- Supporting business-wide projects to enhance customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, customer account management, or service leadership
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver service excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated team leadership and coaching experience
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
