We are looking for a Warehouse Quality Control team member to join our dynamic warehouse teams across all sites. Shift Details:
Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Identify and report defects or discrepancies
- Maintain and implement quality control procedures across the warehouse
- Collaborate with pickers, drivers, and supervisors to resolve quality issues
- Correctly label, wrap, stage, and handover pallets
- Process internal damages and report discrepancies to leadership
- Manifest orders to the correct carrier
- Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Support warehouse operations with other internal tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing
- Familiarity with NZ major retailer quality standards is a plus
- Forklift license is advantageous
- Experience with WMS, TMS, and RF scanners
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
