About the roles:
Operations Lead – Warehouse:
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
You will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth product flow, high productivity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Operations Lead – Transport:
Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
You will manage our transport operations, leading a team to deliver on-time transfers and direct deliveries while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Both roles require someone who can hit the ground running, lead by example, and make an immediate impact. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve daily KPIs
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows
- Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Monitor performance using dashboards and systems, driving continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks, training sessions, and audits
- Ensure safe use and maintenance of all MHE equipment
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and transport partners
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management
What you bring:
- Minimum 2–5 years’ people leadership experience in warehouse or transport operations
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and deliver results from day one
- Strong experience in driving team performance and operational improvements
- Solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse or transport operations
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and SOPs
- MHE (forklift, conveyor, etc.) experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) compliance an advantage
