About the Role:

We are looking for confident and skilled Reach Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience operating reach forklifts in a warehouse environment and current reach truck license is essential. Shift: Monday to Friday I 1pm - 9:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach forklifts to move and store materials
• Put away inbound stock 
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Replenish pick faces and report any damages or discrepancies
• Always follow all health & safety procedures
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

What You Bring:

• Current Reach Truck license with proven warehouse experience + will pass a practical test
• Fast, accurate, and reliable under pressure
• Strong understanding of warehouse H&S standards
• Effective communicator and team player
• Familiar with warehouse systems and processes
