We are looking for a Billing Specialist to take ownership of our customer billing, invoicing, and financial processes in a fast paced logistics environment.
As our Billing Specialist, you will be part of our finance team, ensuring timely and accurate billing while providing outstanding customer support.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key role in keeping our operations financially on track.
This is an office based role, with working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

About the role:
- Preparing and issuing accurate, timely invoices for warehouse and freight transactions in line with customer contracts
- Maintaining and administering customer contracts and rate schedules within systems and files
- Auditing rate schedules to ensure billing accuracy
- Performing customer account reconciliations and credit analysis
- Assisting with customer billing queries promptly and professionally
- GL coding and validation of supplier invoices
- Supporting month-end processing and close-off activities
- Accurately analysing data and providing reports
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in an accounts or billing department
- A relevant tertiary degree or qualification
- Excellent numeracy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong time management skills
