About the Role:

We are seeking confident and experienced Reach Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience operating reach forklifts in a warehouse environment, along with a current reach truck license, is essential. If you’re looking to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we encourage you to apply.

Shifts Available (Monday to Friday):

  • 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

     

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate reach forklifts to move and store materials
  • Put away inbound stock
  • Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Replenish pick faces and report any damages or discrepancies
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures at all times
  • Support general warehouse duties as required
     

    What You Bring:

  • Current Reach Truck licence with proven warehouse experience (practical assessment required)
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and reliably under pressure
  • Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety standards
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with warehouse systems and processes

    Applicants must be New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold a valid work visa. The successful candidate will need to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, a criminal history check, and provide two contactable references.
